GM Alexei Shirov Suggested Changes in the EICC Regulations

GM Alexei Shirov wrote a letter to the organizing committee of the European Individual Chess Championship asking to cancel the zero-tolerance rule and offered to allow the players to be 30 minutes late to the game. The potential player also suggested reducing the organization fee by 75% for those who doesn't need transfer from Wroclaw. "I hope my initiative will be supported by other players", - GM added.

Shirov sent the copy of the letter to ECU, Silvio Danailov and Emil Sutovsky.
