John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono has released an app called Yoko Chess, according to rollingstone.ru.

One can buy two premium boards. One is the Doggie Board, on which dogs play, but with different breeds. The queen is a dalmatian and the rook a labrador, etc. The second is called Play It By Trust and copies Yoko's 1966 art-installation - a large chess board with white squares and white pieces, which symbolises the pointlessness of war. In the words of the creator, "the game continues all the while you can remember where you stand and your opponent stands".

In the free version, the 3D board flies in space.

20% of the sales proceeds from the Doggie Board will go to animal charities. The program also allows you to make your own donations.
