Baadur Jobava and Radoslaw Wojtaszek Will Play the Match Dedicated to Akiba Rubinstein's 130th Anniversary

The match between the strongest Polish and Georgian GMs Radoslaw Wojtaszek and Baadur Jobava will take place from June 24th-28th in Poznan, Poland. The opponents will play four classical and four rapid games. The second part of the match is supposed to be especially interesting as long as both of the players won the titles of World Rapid Chess Champions - Wojtaszek in 2008 and Jobava in 2011.

According to the press release the match is an opportunity for Wojtaszek to take revenge for the defeat in the second stage of the World Cup 2011. Moreover, the match will be a comeback for Radoslaw, who had a long break connected with his work in the coach staff of the World Champion Viswanathan Anand before and during the match against Boris Gelfand. 

Finally, the match will be dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the famous Polish player Akiba Rubinstein, which is celebrated this year.
